Dear Richard and Family,

Having lost my husband two weeks ago in a tragic accident that is impossible to make sense of, I probably have a glimmer of the pain and grief your family is experiencing now and will continue to process through the years ahead. The support, love and caring of the Cape Cod community has carried me through the darkest of days. Please know that we all hold you in our thoughts and prayers and that help and solace will appear from the most unexpected persons and places.
