Richard Meehan Obituary
He was the husband of Margaret Meehan of Braintree. He was the father of Richard of Weymouth, Christopher of Braintree, and Marie Quinn and her husband, Tory, of Cohasset; and the grandfather of five grandchildren.
A retired employee of the Boston Gas Co., he enjoyed spending time in Dennis with his family and friends. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Visitation will be held at Doane, Beal & Ames Funeral Home in Dennis from 5 to 8 p.m. tonight, Monday, Aug. 25. Services will be at St. Pius X in Yarmouth at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 26. Burial will be at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
