Lloyd was a through and through good man. I hated getting the news of his passing. Every phone call I made to him he answered or called me back. To this retired Navy Chief, that meant a lot. He helped me with my transition into civilian life by always giving me sound advice as I'm sure he gave to many others. I always felt comfortable talking to him about property management, commercial management, and my future endeavors. His contributions to people, processes, and properties will live on forever. Amazing people never leave us, they continue to live within us.

Lloyd Moore was perfect gentleman. He always had a kind word of encouragement for those that knew him. In the past we spent hours preparing country hams in the Maryland tradition. Comparing our home made eggnog recipes (with samples of course) was a treat that I will never forget. He will be missed dearly by all.
