Preston Ritter Obituary



Preston E. Ritter, 67, a 15 year resident of Pasadena and formerly of Glen Burnie died on February 11, 2016 at Hospice of the Chesapeake in Pasadena. He was born on July 8, 1948 in Baltimore, MD to the late William and Violet Ritter. Mr. Ritter served honorably in the US Navy during the mid 1960's. He worked as a concrete form carpenter retiring in 2002. He was a past member of the American Legion Post #40. His hobbies included watching football, shopping at flea markets and collecting coins. Mr. Ritter is survived by his companion of 20 years Pat Burrell, his daughters Sharon M. Geyer of Hartley, DE and Tracy L. Wymer of Marion, VA, his brother William Ritter of Glen Burnie, his sister Deborah Rodey of Glen Burnie, 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and his nieces and nephew. Friends may call on Tuesday from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home, P.A. where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 PM. Interment private.
