I just heard this very sad news. My daughter, who is now 21, saw Dr. Miller for several procedures....ear tubes, tonsils, adenoids, & as recently as high school...an ear procedure. So, we spent some time with Dr. Miller. I am shocked at this news. What a magnificent, wonderful person. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Dear Mrs. Miller and family,
Please accept heart felt condolences from me and my family. I had the pleasure and privilege of crossing paths with Bob at Lutheran General Hospital and the Golf Surgery Center and we also worked on some patients together. It was obvious that he was an excellent surgeon and an even greater person. In fact we went to him when our son needed an operation over 30 years ago.
Bob will be missed by many.

Dear Miller Family:
I worked with Bob at Children's Memorial for a number of years. He was kind, thoughtful, and a great educator of the residents. I was saddened to hear of his passing and extend my condolences to his family.

He will be in my thoughts and prayers.

I was a resident at Lutheran General in the 80s and Dr. Miller was one of the nicest men, teachers and patient advocates I had the pleasure to know. I was also a Stritch grad so we often recalled those memorie. Condolences to the family from me personally and our practice-Park Ridge Peds.
