When I knew Marge as a colleague on the Mundelein College Board of Trustees, I knew an extraordinary wonderful person who took the honor and position seriously with appreciation for the responsibility and work; who attended the meetings and participated creatively, positively; who did her homework; who encouraged the other members with good example and a nurturing environment; in all both a delight and a heroine. In missing her, may we all strive to know and emulate her perfection. May you, her beloved family, find consolation in her eternal peace and the grace to follow her light. Peace

We are so sorry to hear about the loss of Marge. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mrs. Dunne and The Hartigan family. Marge was a wonderful, warm, special person. She always had a smile to give and a kind word to say. We esp. enjoyed the Christmas gatherings she hosted every year. Our Mother, (Virginia Thart) worked with Marge's Mother Mrs. Dunne for over 20 years. The Hartigan's are a special family and we want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this very difficult time. May God watch over all of you.

Many years have past since first we met. The special memories span decades from our early days together at Service Club, late night sessions planning seating charts and arrangements which would please everyone and then the wonderful surprise going-away party when we left Chicago.
