ROBERT BRUCE WINKELMAN

Robert Bruce Winkelman, born in Chicago on December 6, 1928, passed away on May 6, 2010 in Homewood after a lengthy illness. He was predeceased by grandson, Jacob Winkelman, in 2003 and his wife and love of 60 years, Judith in 2007. Dad leaves to mourn his loss: sons, Marc Winkelman (Linda) of Batavia, IL, Gary Winkelman (Laurie) of Carol Stream, IL, Tod Winkelman (Cyndi) of Chicago, IL. and daughters Dawn (Chuck) Fuller of Chilliwack, B.C., Holly Dalfen of Watford, England; and Robyn Medder (Wilson) of Minooka, IL. Papa Bob was grandfather to Lori Snyder (David) , Sonny Henderson (Rhonda), Joshua (Franceska) and Zachary Fuller, Rivka Dalfen, Karen Levitt, Zuri and Jernmiah Medder, Sarah Winkelman and Alexis Winkelman, who grieve his passing; great-grandchildren, River Snyder and Sophie Fuller will miss him as well. Bob lived life on his terms and his passing reflects this as there is no service by his request. Donations in his memory to the charity of your choice greatly appreciated by the family.
