Not sure what to say?

So many wonderful memories of Will. I think of him running around the campground getting in all sorts of mayhem. We camped together for years. The kids were very young. Cassidy was just born. My son Chris was a few years older than Will. Every year we'd watch Chris and his crazy antics. And Bill would say, my God! Is this what we have to look forward to? Oh, you bet it is! Chris acting one way this year, Will acting the same way the next. And on and on. The kids grew apart when we stopped camping but I would keep some clothes Chris out grew. He was mindful of what Will may or may not like. A typical boy - think Will would want these socks? Not so much. What about this underwear? Afraid not. Will had the sweetest face I've ever seen. Always so gentle and innocent. That's the face I see when I think of him.
Trish, I think about you every single day.

Sweet Will

My nephew Will was the sweetest boy on the planet. However, his sweetness was sometimes masked by his devilish side but I could always see it. Like the time I was watching him (not well enough, clearly) and suddenly from the bedroom I heard what sounded like water being scooped out of the tub and chucked across the room. When I got to the bathroom guess what I found? Water being scooped out of the tub and chucked across the room. By the time I finally reached him the room was soaked and so was I! I couldn't get mad at him though. Not because I'm his aunt and aunts don't get mad. And not because I was the one babysitting and I shouldn't have left him alone in the tub (sorry Trisha). I couldn't get mad because Will had these eyes. These big, brown eyes and this cute little face that made me laugh no matter what he was doing. So, when I looked at him all naked and wild-looking in the tub with that sopping wet smile, all I could do was laugh. It's hard to believe he's no longer here, but his sweetness will stay with me forever.

Love,
Aunt CinDee
