Ronald Blackman Obituary

Ronald Martin Blackman, 84, beloved husband of Marylee, nee Klempner; loving father of Leonard, Martin (Jenifer), Gary (Patee) and Daniel (Meg); proud papa of Zoe, Matthew (Ali Marshak), Tessa, Benjamin, Jason, Emma, Reuben, Joseph, Annie and William; cherished brother of Alan (the late Catherine), Phyllis (John) Klein and the late Eddie (Alice); dear uncle of many. Ronnie lived each day with a sense of youthful enthusiasm about learning new things, meeting new people and exploring the world. We will miss him. Ron,

Dawn and I will remember the great discussions we have had with you at the store on 95th. There will forever be the echoes of your voice heard along 79th and 95th street. The many couples who have had their photo taken under the Arch will always remember happier times, thanks to you and your family. Rest well, God will need your talents.

With deepest condolences and much sympathy to the family and loved ones of Ron Blackman....a truly good and wonderful man. We 'grew up' with Ronnie on 95th Street in Beverly...he was our business president and friend. No better Jeweler than Blackman; made so by Ron, his brothers and father before them. May Ronnie rest in peace. We think of his joy for life. He will be greatly missed.
