I don't know Rafaela, but I know your pain. My mother lost everything in the #campfire (#buttesrong) , she lived in Magalia. I read your story and am reminded that we are one of the lucky ones because we still have mom. My heart goes out to the family of Rafaela and I wrote this name poem especially for her;
R: IS FOR ROOTS, PROUD OF THE MEXICAN HERITAGE IN YOU,
A: IS FOR AUTHENTIC, SOMEONE WHO IS REAL AND TRUE.
F: IS FOR FRIEND, TO THOSE YOU KNEW,
A: IS FOR AWESOME, YOU'RE PERSONALITY JUST CAN'T BE BEAT,
E: IS FOR EXCELLENT, YOUR COMPANY IS SUCH A TREAT.
L: IS FOR LOYAL, TO YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY,
A: IS FOR ANGEL, SOAR HIGH, RAFAELA, FOR NOW YOU'RE FREE!
For someone I never met, Rest In Peace!

I will always hear her voice! It was vivacious and crackly...her laugh was always ready to go at any time and surprisingly joyful. She gave the planet two wonderful girls. I'm sorry she's gone, but I know she's gone to her beloved "Johnny." I send my love to Mary and Susan in her memory.

So very sad to have lost her looking forward to the time when Jehovah wakes her up with her same sweet feisty personality on to a worldwide Paradise Earth this was her hope and she expressed many times longing for the day Jehovah would wake up her husband. Now they both rest in the sleeping cars well we are in the passenger cars all on the same train. ❤

She loved little critters. When we were kids, we had guinea pigs. She used to let them run free in the family room and the kitchen. The guinea pigs would follow her in the kitchen because they would get a treat if they knew she was there. She also made great flour tortillas from scratch. They were delicious. We miss you Mom.
