Blanche Jordan Obituary
CHILLICOTHE: Blanche R. Jordan, 68, of Chillicothe, died 8:45 a.m. Thursday, June 13, 2013 at her residence following a brief illness.
She was born April 2, 1945, in Ross County, to the late Raymond H. and Sadie B. Moats Thompson. On December 29, 1972, she married Callie B. Jordan who survives.
Also surviving are children, Rodney L. Detty, James A. Detty, Lori A. (Tony) Jordan, Warren K. (Jodi) Jordan and Michael A. Jordan, all of Chillicothe; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; a brother, Robert Thompson, of Circleville and a sister, Ruby (Wendell) Ingham, of Chillicothe. She was predeceased by a son, Gary E. Detty and brother, John and William Thompson.
Blanche was a member of the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church. She served as a minister.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2013 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Hurle Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Twin Township Cemetery. Friends may call at Ware's from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Callie B. Jordan - 2266 Camelin Hill Road - Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.

Sister Blanche, you will be sadly missed by many , You brought sunshine everywhere you went . And brought many people to Christ. I know you are at the right hand of God right now singing with that Angelic voice, You brought me to the lord in 1986, What great time's and memories i will alway's have . Being with you and Callie.
