Still can not believe that I won't have lunch with you at Nancy's fish stand this year as we always did! How I will miss you dear friend! So many wonderful memories of card games, weddings, bible study, Sunday mornings and most of all you spending so many holiday dinners with our family! It is such a comfort now knowing that you can see again and are enjoying seeing Jesus face to face! Until we meet again and we will ......

Blessed to have grown up in this church (with Fred at the helm) knowing the Truth and power of the Word of God. Thanks for all the years of teaching and preaching, Fred. I know you are now a part of that great cloud of witnesses...may you see the legacy you have left behind for Christ!

I will always remember Fred. He came to Chillicothe when I was just 3yrs old and the church folk weren't too sure of him with his shorts and long hair. But he not only became their leader, but a member of each and every family. I feel as if I've lost a relative, and I'm sure I'm not alone. Fred was a beautiful person full of humanity and kindness. I will miss his smile and his jokes. "Good night, Sweet Prince, and flights of angels sing thee to they rest."

Fred was a great man and an amazing influence on people. He will always be in our hearts. "Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth." "Yea", said the Spirit, "that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them." Revelations 14:13

That I am sitting in my office at Fred's alma mater as a professor of history is in many ways due to Fred Fox. That I have a scandalous view of the love of God for wretched sinners is largely due to Fred Fox. I will treasure the memories of this extraordinary man. I love you Fred. Thanks.

Freddie and I graduated from River View High School in 1966. Freddie and his parents lived just over the hill from us for a while. He was a kind man. Chillicothe will miss him...

I remember riding home from one of the beach trips with Fred right after I had graduated from high school. I remember stopping at Cracker Barrel for breakfast, just me and Fred. I knew him my whole life. He was an extended member of our family. Rest easy, friend.
