Scotty is remembered with love and respect. She was a wonderful woman who has positively impacted on countless lives of developmentally disabled persons she assisted and Rehabilitation Counselors she educated. I am grateful to both Scotty and Julian for their mentorship ,ethics/values,and most of all friendship. My condolence Steve Heilman
