I just found out. Over 10 years ago. I would have thought the word would have spread like lightning. Some of us go quiet into that dark night. But while Bobby lived, what a storm. He was a one-man show. He carried with him all that was needed to make a world. He had the soul of a lion, the self of a saint, and the sense of a soothsayer. Bobby was as rare a breed as a two dollar bill. I never knew a fairer man. i never knew a man who had a friendlier hand. Bobby was cake and icing too. He would give you anything except his self. He did not need too. It was written on the wind which blew behind him. In another time he would have been a king. And he would have ruled with justice for all.

Odd! Ten years gone by and i just found out. Nobody was like Robert. The mold splintered unrepairable when he was conceived. I can not begin to express how solid, how determined, how straight forward and true was this man. Among us -the billions upon billions of unrecognized, herein was a great man. His character was like a man of steel. his heart was like a lion. His mind was fast paced on singular ends-which gave Robert his power. To know him was not so much to love him, but to feel him. A presence you could not look behind, around , or through. It would occupy you as if you were stone. And you would know that you had an encounter. An encounter with a great man. Happy trails to you Robert.

This man is unforgettable. He was lofty, equitable, and just. His peronality was his person. No eulogy, encomuim. or high praise could touch the depths of this man's humaneness. All of us wish that somewhere and time we will encounter a larger than life member of the human race. You could only know this of this man by an encounter with his presence.Had you the fortune of this meeting nothing further need be said. You would be struck as being in the presence of an ennobled being. I knew this man. Not a wit less could describe his elevation.

Robert was among the great men of the these current centuries. why prey tell? because his destiny was enshrined in his character. this Greek idea of greatness led him a life that defied determination.
