WAYNE LOUIS MACK

1936 - 2020

84, of Parma, Ohio, passed away on August 1, 2020 at the Seven Hills Rehabilitation Center, after losing his long battle with cancer. Wayne was born on March 29, 1936, in Cleveland, and is predeceased by his parents, Walter and Edith (nee Seaburn) Mack. Surviving are his wife of 60 years, Nancy (Lasik) Mack; son Kevin Mack and daughter Laura Mack (Lou) Naples; brother Walter (Cathy) Mack; grandson Ryan (Anne Maskow) Naples; granddaughters Abigale Mack Soor (Ranbeep), and Kaitlyn Mack. Wayne graduated from John Adams High School in 1955, and attended Baldwin Wallace College in Berea where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Upon graduating Wayne served on active duty with the U.S Army National Guard, and was honorably discharged. Later he was employed by the Diamond Alkali Corp., and, in 1970, he joined Forest City Enterprises where he worked for the Ratner family as an Accounts Receivable Administrator with offices in the Terminal Tower. He retired in 1998. After retiring Wayne served as President of the Sandpiper Homeowners Association for more than 20 years. Due to the Covid19 Pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date at the Crown Hill Cemetery, Twinsburg, Ohio. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hine Funeral Home of Twinsburg.
