I am sorry I was not able to attend the funeral service.
I am really going to miss the lady that I adopted as my grandmomma. She has shared in so many special times with me and my family.
My thoughts and prayer are with you.

Gwen & Ruth,
You have my deepest sympathy. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Some of us are never prepared for the loss of a loved one but, God is always prepared to help us through that loss.
From all of us who are members or were members of Greater Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, during our earlier years from ages 5 - 12, we will truly miss Mrs. Doris Woodard. Her structured teaching played an important role in all our lives.
On Sunday’s during church services and Tuesday nights while in her care at choir rehearsal. Some of us knew how to sing, some of us didn't, some of us misbehaved, and she never raised her voice, we were all treated the same.
Mrs. Doris Woodard was kind, spiritual, soft spoken, a dutiful church member, helpful, sweet spirited, and loving. I am deeply saddened and may the memories of Mrs. Doris Woodard live in all of our hearts forever.
I would like to thank-you for allowing so many children to share in the joy of knowing your mom, Mrs. Doris Woodard.
We Love You!

Gwen and Ruth,
Just wanted you to know that we are keeping you in our prayers. Thanks God for memories that you have and can never be taken away. Remembering the happy times will get you through the difficult moments. We take comfort in knowing that she and Sister Allie B. are together again!!!!
Greta has kept me updated throughout all of this, and I will continue to lift you up in prayer.
