AGE: 33 • Sewell
William "Bill" C. Levy, Jr., suddenly on July 25, 2014, of Sewell. Age 33. Beloved son of Elaine (nee Tomarchio) and William C., Sr. Dear brother of Laura Worley and her husband Chas and the late Judy. Loving uncle of Chloe and Reese. Devoted grandson of Beatrice Tomarchio. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Bill enjoyed serving as Secretary of the Republican Party Executive Committee. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing from 9 to 12noon Thursday at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Celebration of Life Service 12noon Thursday at the funeral home. Interment private at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Bill's name to the American Red Cross, 5425 Route 70 West, Pennsauken, NJ 08109. Family and friends may share memories at www.GardnerFuneralHome.com.

This is what I could not stand up and say, what everyone should have heard. When Bill was born I tried to get my parents to bring him back to the hospital (they forgot his eyebrows) as he got older I tried to give him away to people that thought he was so cute when we were out. It never worked obviously. We were stuck with him. Which turned out to be a wonderfully crazy ride.
My brother was like my own personal hurricane. He would blow you off your feet if you weren't paying attention. Many times it was both of us off our feet laughing, staying up way too late talking about our big plans in life or more recently about his nieces.
He was a smart, creative, funny, loving brother and uncle. We all miss him more than words can possibly say right now. There isn't a night that I haven't expected a text or phone call, to hear the door knob jiggle, to just see his face.
If I knew a life without Bill was going to be this sad I would never have offered him up when we were young. I would have understood that I need to absorb and be grateful for every minute we had together. The minutes where we snuck and got his first ear piercing, the minutes we spent exploring the woods or star gazing. The minutes and hours we spent floating in the ocean. The minutes we spent plotting against our parents, even the minutes we spent being mad at each other.
We did not have enough minutes with Bill, not enough hours, not nearly enough anything. We will love you forever Bill.

Steve and I were so shocked and saddened to hear of Bill's passing! We worked with him on his campaign for the Board of Education and knew him from the Twp GOP events and activities. He was a wonderful young man....just getting started. We are truly sorry for your loss and will miss him terribly! We are also sorry that we cannot make his memorial but we both have court appearances for work. Our sympathies, prayers and hearts are with you regardless. Bill's passing is a tragedy on so many levels. It is hard to find words that reflect the grief associated when a member of a generation leaves us far, far in advance of the previous generation's members. Life is fleeting, precious, and yet also unfair. Elaine, Bill & Laura -- you have my deepest condolences, as do all those related to Bill directly or indirectly, and all those who were his friends. Some bonds persist despite events, and this is an obvious bond that hurts deeply for many reasons. I have no doubt that Bill is at peace and in a good place with a loving God, and may that same God look over all of those who grieve to help them come to terms with this loss.
