Carol Sokofski Obituary
Carol Ann Sokofski, age 71, of Bridgeport, died Friday, March 3, 2017 in her home. Carol was born in Bridgeport, the daughter of the late Arthur and Ruth (Chiplinski) Sokofski. She was retired from the MBI Company of Norwalk. She was a very active member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Bridgeport. Friends are invited to attend her Funeral on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church, 612 Grand St., Bridgeport. Burial will take place at a later date in Scranton, PA. Friends may call on Friday at the Larson Funeral Home and Cremation, 2496 North Ave., Bridgeport, from 4 to 7 p.m. Donations may be made to the Zion Lutheran Church in her memory. You & your Mom, Ruth, (who you were pushing in a wheelchair) were volunteers at the convention!
We got to praise the Lord together & reminisce about our memorable times at Zion Lutheran Church & with our families! You & I were in the same Confirmation class -Wow! YOU Have GONE ON TO GLORY! ✝
