George Baughman Obituary

WEST MILTON -- George Robert Baughman, age 77, of West Milton, passed away Monday, August 30, 2024, at his home.

He was born July 24, 1947, in Greenville, Ohio, to his parents Harmon Augustus & Lillian (Bazill) Baughman.

He graduated from Ansonia High School class of 1965 and was a US Army veteran. On January 26, 1968, he married Linda Lee Arneson in Kirkland, Washington, and together they shared a life for over 56 years. George retired from Hobart Corporation and worked as a lifelong farmer on his family farm.

He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Linda; children and their spouses Lori & David James of Laura, Brenda & Joe Rademachir of Arcanum; grandchildren Mason (Tyler), Logan (Heather), Evan (Jen), Misty (Adam); great grandson Tipton; siblings Jane Wadsworth of Florida, Charlie Baughman of Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Mary Catherine Cameron.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
