I have just learned of Ruth's passing after speaking to Lowell Studebaker. Ruth was my friend and my Boss at Ohio Bureau of Employment Services for a number of years. I sincerely condole with her entire family. To her children I say; "The roads of life are very rough, there are detours that mar your way. But always remember there is a upon which to rest and pray, keep your life as a breeze, let your faith rule well and the goals you reach in life only God can tell. Truly you were blessed with a wonderful mother. Blessings to all of you.
