Ruth A. Dailey

I have just learned of Ruth's passing after speaking to Lowell Studebaker. Ruth was my friend and my Boss at Ohio Bureau of Employment Services for a number of years. I sincerely condole with her entire family. To her children I say; "The roads of life are very rough, there are detours that mar your way.
