Although I didn't know Mrs. Blankenship, I wanted to tell family and friends how sorry I am to read of their loss. Please accept my deepest sympathy. May God provide the strength and comfort you will need to endure the days ahead.--2 Thessalonians 2:16, 17

Lois wasnt perfect but as a mother in law she was always good to me. More important she was a fabulous Grandma. I could not have asked for a better grandma for my kids and my grandkids. She never said no to babysitting was there for every holiday brithday graduation. She even started watching her great grandkids because she had heard to many horror stories about child care. So after she retired she became a care care provider.
I will never forget her standing in line for hours for a cabbage Patch kid doll because her granddaughter couldn't live without one. Or the time she left Russell at home because her first grandchild was born and she had to go see her. It was a girl. Something she always wanted. Of course poor Russell was just getting his shoes from the bedroom to go see his baby girl. I could go on forever with stories but you all have heard them. Rip Lois. You deserve it

I wasn't born into this family I was adopted by her nephew and the minute I met aunt Lois she accepted me and loved me. She never treated me like I wasn't blood because in her eyes I was. I am truly blessed to have been able to call her my aunt.. You will forever be in my heart and the stories I will tell my grand children and so on will keep you alive forever.. I love you aunt Lois until we meet again
