Francis Kane Obituary

Francis “Bubby” LeGrande Kane KINGSTON- Francis “Bubby” LeGrande Kane, 78, of Clinton Avenue, died Sunday, July 16, 2017, at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. Born May 17, 1939 in Albany, he was a son of the late John “Zeke” and Genevieve (Stepensky) Moran. A graduate of Saint Ann’s High School in Albany, Frank attended Sienna College. He joined the U.S. Air Force in 1958 and served until 1962. Following the service he worked for Campbell Soup, was an insurance agent for New York Life and a manager for Weiss Markets after which he started his career in Real Estate and Appraisals, and opened F.L. He was a member of Wiltwyck and Twaalfskill Golf Clubs. Surviving is his wife of 39 years, Jane Dunn Kane; his children, Patrick Kane, Kevin Kane and his wife Kim, Christopher Kane, and Regan McFadden and her husband Rick; his sister, Virginia; his grandchildren, Justin Kane, Luke and Finnegan McFadden; and his uncle, Val Stepinsky. Funeral arrangements are under the guidance of the Joseph V.
