Ive thought of Mrs. Hartsfield many times. She taught my mom and is still in my thoughts as I paint. As time has gone by her memory continues. A great lady.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Hartsfield family. I played bridge with Judy for more than 25 years and what a fun lady she was. I have lots of sweet memories of the good times we had. Love and hugs.

Such a beautiful lady - I remember fondly the months I worked in Mignon Baptist Church office and Virgil and Judy cooked Wednesday night suppers. They were so wonderful to share the meals with the staff ahead of time. I remember most of all the lemon pie Judy cooked for my husband when he was ill. I complained that it was not chocolate and she replied, "It is not for you!" Loved that lady!!

I first met Judy Hartsfield at the Isabel Anderson Comer Museum. I was immediately impressed by her good heart and friendly face. She was such a gifted artist and I tried to win one of her pieces on several occasions, which she always unselfishly donated to the museum. I was not lucky enough to win won, but will always wish I had. We have all missed her so much at the museum and will miss her even more now. Prayers to the family. God bless.

When I came back to Church when Sharron passed away I really didn't know we're to sit. Judy said, "This is our row. This is were we sit unless I am in the kitchen." I am proud to have her row here on earth. I have been missing Judy for some time now. My prayers are with all of her sweet family. She was a dear friend and neighbor.

I will always remember your Mother by the wedding announcement she painted for me and countless others in Sylacauga. I still have it hanging in my home, 48 years later. She was an amazing person, and a wonderful neighbor to all in Fairmont. So very sorry for your loss.

Ms. Judy was such a joy to be around and to talk to. SHe loved her family and her church, and church family. I loved her pictures. I go one of her pictures when the boys had their BBQ place on Hwy 21. I know that she is in a better place, and happy to be with your dad. I love you Skip and Bobbi I hope you are doing well.
