Dean TANNER Obituary
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Cameron Turlington Sr.; and brother, Donald Cameron Turlington Jr.
Survivors include his best friend, fiancE and mother of his child, Jennifer Fraizer; mother, Tina Tanner Turlington; five sisters, Nicole Marie Raigoza (Bernardo), Leona Tanner (Jack Kahle), Donna Turlington, Patricia Turlington and Susan Turlington; four brothers, Garry Sutherland, Donald Cameron Turlington Jr., Harvey Turnlington and Ed Turlington; seven nieces; and five nephews; and two very special people in his life, Brenna and Bradley.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 28, at Peninsula Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m.
To help defer costs, the family request that expressions of sympathy go to help pay for the funeral.

I am so sorry for your loss!What I know and When I met Dean Was when my sister brought him here! He was a good kid and a good person and had a big heart from what me and my husband seen and the things he would tell us!!

Dean was like a brother to me and he always made me smile. I miss him so much. I know he is in a better place right now but i hope he knows he is loved and missed here on earth. Nicole,Leona,and Jen were so close to him. I will pray and pray for them. His kids Bradlee,Brenna,and Dean J.R will always be surrounded by loved ones. Tina, Jen, and Family, You have lost such a dear, and precious soul. I hurt for you, He loved you so fiercely,and he was so loyal to friends. He always knew the right song, or thing to say to make one smile. He was a brother to my kids, and a son to me even though we didn't always see eye-to-eye. He will live on in our memories, and in the precious gift of his up coming son, his love of family, and the final gift of life that was given in the end. We will miss you honey.

Though I didn't know Dean very well, I've heard so many good things about him that made me want to meet him. I met him the night before all of this happened and the one thing that sticks out in my mind the most is his laugh haha. The second thing that comes to mind is how great of a dad he was and how much he loved his family. Just seeing him play with his kids and tell Jenn how much he loved her. It was really heart warming to see.It is a very tragic loss and his family will be in my thoughts.

Time has come and passed but still,
You've been a pal, and always will.
I've known you since kindergarten, and we've had some issues in the past, but we were always friends no matter how bad it got. I'm just glad that we worked everything out when we did... I don't know how I'd feel if you'd gone without having the chance to get things straight. You were a great friend, even when we were at each others' throats, and you will be sorely missed.
