AGE: 84 • Atlantis, FL
Vincent Joseph Danesi, Jr. died on July 30, 2014 in Atlantis, FL surrounded by his loving family. He was 84. Born in Boonton, NJ, he lived in Morristown for 50 years before moving to Boynton Beach, FL. He was a graduate of Boonton High School Class of 1945 and Rutgers University. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Vince was an Executive Vice President of Knoll Furniture, Bridgewater, NJ retiring in 2012 after 50 years in the office furniture business. He was an avid golfer and reader. Vince loved spending time with his family, especially his two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 63 years, Lona and two children, Randi Wrede and husband, Dennis of Morristown and Richard Danesi of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by his two grandchildren, Pamela Busarello and Patrick Wrede and two great grandchildren, Kayden and Paxton. Vince will always be remembered by those who knew him as a very caring person.
Funeral Services were private. Arrangements were made by the Doyle Funeral Home (www.doylefh.com)

my niece gail harris just forwarded this site to me. he was so handsome and so soft and sweet and gentle. cliff salinger, my son, always loved your family and with good reason. My love to Aunt Lona, Rich and Randi. Thinking of you often with lots of smiles as we have shared some of my most loved memories. Uncle Vinnie was yet another beautiful man to have in my life. He was the perfect Yin to Aunt Lonas Yang. Like my parents they always make it look easy but we all know better. Loving and kind, that's how I think of Uncle Vinnie. Can't help to think if he's with Philomena in a big sand hole by the water's edge, ya know! I love you guys and hope to see you soon.
