Vicki CASTILLO

CASTILLO, Vicki L. 72, of Springfield passed away peacefully with her beloved family by her side on Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born December 10, 1946 in Springfield, the daughter of the late Bob and Martha (Stringfellow) Milhoan. She was a lifelong member of First Christian Church. She worked at Mercy Hospital for 43 years and later retired from Springfield Regional Medical Center as the Cancer Registrar. Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Michael F. Castillo; one daughter, Jami (Shane) Hayes; one son, Bob (Cindy) Castillo; grandchildren, Kylie, Hanna, Casey, Chloe and Brady and great-granddaughter, Insley. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, January 7, 2019 from 5-8 pm at First Christian Church, 3638 Middle Urbana Rd., Spfld. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 am in the church with Pastor Dave Augustus and Brian Borton officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
