Libby was such a special, sweet lady and always had a smile for me. When I drive down Foulk Rd, I often turn in the
direction of her house and think of her. We had a true bond!

Michael and Amy, I have way too much to say to you both. We as a whole created a bond that was a lot of fun. Your mother held a special piece my heart as her and I had a special bond when she was with me here at Shipley. I spent many a day with her talking to her about my family as I belive both of you heard my adventures with my parents. Time has taken its toll and I have lost my dad just two days before Libby. I will be reaching out to you both soon and I hope to know that you both have my thoughts and prayers for your entire family. If you need anything please let me know. Love you all and I will miss my friend.....alot....we had some really great talks. Teresa, her special pain in the tush(as she put it)

Dear Mike ...

Don and I were so sad to read about your Mother's passing. Our thoughts are with you and all your family at this time. Libby and I were always glad to see each other and to get "caught up" on our families. It was a special surprise a few years back when Libby's seat at the Delaware Theater Co. was right behind mine for a lot of the season. She and I had a "special" bond.

Libby was very welcoming to my mom, Annette Chason, when my mother moved to Wilmington, inviting her to play bridge and introducing her to a new set of friends. They traveled to Israel together and went on many local and regional outings. She was fun, smart, entertaining and full of stories that made us laugh. We miss her company and will always think of her with fondness.

Dear Michael and Amy,

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sadness. During my childhood and early teens, your Mother was truly a very kind person. In later years, when I would occasionally see her here or there, she insisted I call her Libby. It was difficult for me to make that change and she seemed understanding. She still (affectionately) called me Richie, which sounded very sweet coming from such a dear person. I will miss you, Mrs. Plafker !

With my friendship, support and sympathy,
Richard (Richie) Cohen

Aunt Libby was a very sweet and generous woman. Seeing her picture brings back memories of the many times our families getting together for holidays. My mom, Edythe Wishnow, always enjoyed playing Mahjong with Aunt Libby and Friends.
Michael Amy I'm very sorry for your loss as she will be greatly missed.
God Bless
