Eva M. Campbell
Age 69 of Hockessin, DE passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2005, at home after a short illness, surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Campbell was a 1954 graduate of Kennett High School. She enjoyed camping, shopping, traveling, listening to Elvis and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Robert C. Campbell; her daughters, Cheryl Darone and her husband, Joseph, of Wilmington, DE, Cynthia Jester and her husband, Robert, of Avondale, PA, Gail Snow and her husband, Timothy, of Newark, DE; her grandchildren, Robert and his wife, Kerrie, Joshua and his wife, Antoinette, April, Charles, Crystal and Justin; her great grandson, Zachary; her brothers, Melvin Harkins of New Holland, PA, Emmanuel Harkins of Hockessin, DE, Clifford Harkins and William Harkins, both of West Grove, PA; her sisters, Shirley Lucas of Wilmington, DE and Virginia Harkins of West Grove, PA; and her beloved cousin, Ada Lofton of West Grove, PA. She was predeceased by her brother, George Harkins Jr. of Kennett Square, PA; and her granddaughter, May.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Friday, March 11, at 11 am at the DOHERTY FUNERAL HOME, 3200 Limestone Rd., Pike Creek, where friends may call after 9 am. Burial will be in Union Hill Cemetery, Kennett Square, PA.
