Idella (Wallace) Toulson

Wilmington - Idella (Wallace) Toulson, age 87, born May 12, 1930 in Chadds Ford, PA., passed away on January 5, 2018 in Wilmington, DE.

Idella graduated in 1948 from Kennett Square Consolidated School. She received her Registered Nurse degree in 1951 from Chester County Hospital School of Nursing in West Chester, PA. She joined the American Red Cross Organizations with polio patients, Texas and Ohio. She then enjoyed several retirement facilities and also worked as a private duty nurse until 1998.

Idella was preceded in death by her husband, James Toulson; sisters Margaret Stearett, Helen Perrone and brother Lonnie Wallace.

She is survived by her children, Jimmy, Sandra and Andy and his wife Diane; and grandchildren Andy and Bill Toulson and Callie McDowell. Services were held privately. To send messages of condolence to visit www.mccreryandharra.com
