Age 83, went home to be with the Lord Feb. 5, 2006, in Jennersville Hospital, West Grove, PA. Beloved mother of Rev. Sandra E. Spencer & Mayor Leon R. Spencer, Jr. (Kathryn). Sister of Stanley K. Haz-zard. Also survived by sister-in-law, Mary Lou Spencer; several nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Homegoing Service 12 noon Fri., Feb. 10, at New Garden UAME Church, 309 E. Linden St., Kennett Square, PA 19348. Viewing 10-12 only. Burial in Union Hill Cemetery, Kennett Square. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Jennersville Dialysis Center, 1011 W. Baltimore Pike, Suite 107, West Grove, PA 19390; or to New Garden Memorial Church Building Fund. Arrangements by
