Wife, mother, sister, friend, neighbor, and provider died Tuesday, March 25, 2008.

Born Patricia Ann Bird to Walter and Tina Bird on July 10, 1949, Pat worked for Wyeth Labs in West Chester, PA until its closing. She then joined MBNA in Delaware and worked there until her death.

She is survived by her husband, Michael E. Forry; son, Robert A. Pennington of Knoxville, TN; daughter, Christina Ella Hagen and her husband, Michael, of Fairbanks, AK; 2 sisters, Lois M. Scowcroft and her husband, Geoff, of Portland, OR and Louise M. Brown and her husband, William, of Kennett Square, PA; brother, Kenneth W. Bird of Avondale, PA; sister-in-law, Rebecca Sue Reed and her husband, Gerald, of Bear, DE; 3 nieces, and 6 nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5, at Limestone Presbyterian Church, 3201 Limestone Rd., Wilmington, DE 19808, at 1 pm. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 92 Reads Way, New Castle Commons, New Castle, DE 19720; or DE Hospice, 3515 Silverside Rd., Wilmington, DE 19810.
