Age 75, of Newark, DE, passed away on Friday, July 7, 2006, at the Christiana Hospital.
Paul had been the owner and operator of Paul LePore and Sons Plastering Co. for 45 years. He trained many apprentices over the years that later went on to open their own businesses. Paul graduated from Kennett Square High School and was a member of the Delaware Army National Guard in the 1950s. He was a member of the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce. Paul enjoyed sports, especially watching his grandsons play baseball. Paul will be remembered as a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather. He had a positive influence on everyone he encountered, especially his grandchildren.
His was preceded in death by his wife, Eunice LePore; and his brother, Nicholas LePore. Paul is survived by his children, Paul LePore, Jr and his wife, Lynne, Joyce Holland and her husband, George, Michael LePore and his wife, Cheryl, Daniel LePore and Ronald LePore; his brother, Pat LePore; his sisters, Mary Woytko and her husband, Leo, Louise Miller, Theresa Skelton, Jeannie Mancino and her husband, Butch, and Rose Marie Cook; 18 grandchildren; and 1 great granddaughter.
Friends may call on Monday, July 10, 2006, from 6-8 pm at the MCCRERY MEMORIAL CHAPEL, Kirkwood Highway and Duncan Road. Services and burial will be private.
