Buster was one of my classmates at Avon-Grove class of 1961. I remember his cheery big smile, bright eyes, and dimples you just couldn't believe! Friendly. A real class act. My thoughts are with all the family. He is in God's hands now and at peace. Jan (Needham) Powers, AGHS, Class of 61.

Buster was always so jovial and happy and even tried to be happy when he was feeling poorly. I will miss him comming into the PO and asking me if I have everything done. He will be missed.

I have known Buster since we were babies..His folks and my folks were friends before we were born..I really loved that guy. We went to a prom together and I remember he was worried because he did not know how to dance. We went to my house after school for several days where, with the help of Band Stand TV show he learned to dance... We kept in touch while he was over seas...Such a special friend....I am so sad I did not know he was sick I would have visited him last year while I was home. He is one of the special people. Such a nice and sweet guy.
May your memories of good times keep your hearts warm and know that you were lucky to have him in your life.

I am so sad to hear of busters passing,I just left him a message on his cell phone a few days ago to see how he was doing and to ask him if he was ready for a haircut. We always had long talks about his cancer because my sister is battling bone cancer to and he always wanted to compare treatments and we would talk about drag racing and how he loved going to the track and watching all the old cars run and I usually sent him home with a National Dragster magazine to read. I always enjoyed his company and I will miss our talks while I cut your hair. You will be missed...........Paula May
