Dear Cora, Jeffrey and Lowell,
We are so sorry for your sudden and deep loss. We treasure listening to Jim's arranging and guitar talents on the cd's he gave us in October. Tello loved playing gigs with Jim thru the years and venues. We will miss our smiling, gentle tall friend. You've chosen a great picture!
We will be with you in spirit at Jim's Celebration of Life.
Sending our love and warm hugs,
Tello and Gail

One of Jim's favorite songs was "Our Love is Here to Stay," by George and Ira Gershwin. How appropriate. His gentle, kind and generous spirit make those who knew him say - "Jim, our love of you is here to stay." Tom Hehman `

Dear Cora, Jeffrey, and Lowell,
We all loved Jim. He will be terribly missed.
I will always remember with fondness that without fail he would say after our concerts, "Good work young man!"
Sincerely,
Jeff Schoyen

Cora, Jeff, Lowell....so very sorry for your loss. Jim was a great guy, a great guitar player, and a friend for many years. I was lucky enough to have many musical experiences with him, from RFD, to Denise and Denephews, to Swing Shift, even to playing duets with him on occasion. What a blast. I miss him already. Please accept my sincere condolences. He will be missed.
