I worked with Craig for over 10 years - we were close enough so I've been calling him "my work spouse". I found him to be unbelievably and unfailingly patient, calm, and good-humored. He was generous with his time and always willing to give a sympathetic ear.
Even though I moved from Rochester two years ago, we had stayed in touch, regularly emailing about personal family milestones. His humor and personality shone through the emails, even through his difficult times, and he clearly appreciated my sharing my events with him.
Even from this distance, I will miss him.
My sincerest condolences to his mother, sister, and children,
Pat Pierce

I am so sorry for your loss. Craig was a good and decent person and I cannot imagine the pain his passing has caused those who care about him. Some things are just beyond understanding.
