Kenneth Drager Obituary

Passed away on November 14, 2010 in Lakewood, at the age of 82. A long-time Lakewood resident, Kenny owned an advertising agency for 37 years serving many local businesses before retiring and moving to St. Croix, USVI in 1989. Kenny was born on February 4, 1929 in Ft. Collins, CO and graduated in 1951 from the University of Colorado in journalism prior to serving in the Air Force. He was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and Sigma Delta Chi honorary. An avid fan of CU football, a scuba diver and gardener. Kenny is survived by his wife of 61 years, Gwen, his 3 sons, Clayton, Kurt, and Quentin, sister Shirley Orr, three granddaughters, Jennifer, Kirsten, and Kenna, also 4 great grandchildren. Kenny is remembered as a man of high character with a quick sense of humor and the love of family. A memorial service will be held at the Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church, 11500 W. 20th Ave. in Lakewood, 11am, Monday Nov. 22nd. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Lakewood Park System C/O Gwen Drager, or a charity of your choice.
