So sorry to hear of Cliff's death. I worked with him at the weather office in Sioux Falls, SD many years ago. I remember him as very knowledgeable, patient, quiet, respectful and kind. I'm glad I had the privilege of knowing him. My deepest sympathy to his family. He will be missed by many.
