Jerry was always willing to help everyone. There was always a hand on your shoulder when Jerry was standing there..it was always a "how are you" or "how is your day".....you always had a smile everytime he was around..he will always be here with us and we will miss him always!

My heart and prayers go out to the entire Richards Family. I met Jerry, Lily, and the kids when we got involved with Habitat for Humanity in 1991 and subsequently became neighbors. Jerry truly was a very warm, intelligent, humorous, and kind man...no matter what he wanted you to think!! LOL!

Though it may not be appropriate to mention here, I know Jerry and Lily shared many years of deep love and devotion to each other and to their children. I pray that that love can help this family get through this tragedy.

My deepest sympathies to all of you.

God Bless,

ChrisAnne Stebbings (Bridges)

Jerry was a great influence on everybody around him. He was not only a good supervisor but a great person. Honest, caring, hard working. You will be deeply missed bud.

Although I was often testing Jerry's nerves when I worked at alorica, I will always miss him. I remember specfically the times when Jerry would invite me to his family functions because my family is so far away, although I declined often, this simple measure would make me feel more at home and make me feel like I had family right here.

Jerry was more than my supervisor to me. Like it or not, he forced me to become more adult and move on to become a more successful person. Although I no longer work at Alorica, I owe it to Jerry that I have become more mature and successful in life.

Jerry had a tendency to give me a swift kick in the butt when I was doing something stupid, lately he taught me NEVER to be late to work again, and it worked. and I guess this time it's a lesson in not taking things for granted.

I have learned a lot from Jerry, and I am sure that everyone who knew him did so, and will continue to learn from him even though he is gone.

My condolences go out to every member of your family Jerry.

I am going to miss you a lot.

Jerry was the type of person you could respect in so many ways. He was quiet, strong, kind, etc. He was the type of person you could talk to about anything and know you could trust him. He will be greatly missed by me and a lot of other people who's lives he touched.

You will very much be missed. Didn't know you long, but for the time there was, you were honest, and caring of everyone on your team.

I worked with Jerry for about six years before his life was taken. In fact, I spoke with Jerry the Friday before his life came to an end. He was trying to get over a cold lingering from a mild case of pneumonia. I have never met a kinder, more knowledgeable supervisor here where we worked together in all that time. He was very well respected here. Jerry, may your next life be more auspicious. You are already missed. Your desk has become a memorial site. From one "lab rat" to another, Ciao.

I was way to early Jerry. Way to early.

Yes he was misunderstood by those who didn't know him. If you knew Jerry, you knew that he cared so much that he had to hide his true feelings behind his brusque exterior. He so wanted everyone to think he was a Bear, but was in fact a Teddy Bear.

I will miss him. But I will never forget him. He is my friend and I am proud to say that.

I have worked under Jerry's watchful eye for the last 3 years, he has been and will probably be the best supervisor I have ever had the pleasure of working for. When it comes to business, he turned me from jibbering Geek into a True Professional, I will always miss him, and Thank God for his influence.

My deepest simpathy goes out to Butch's family especially Jordan, Zack, Tyler and Neil. I wish I could be at the funeral but I will be out of town. Butch will be missed. I hope he is in the arms of his mother, brother and first wife and finally at peace
