James Daniel Brady, 73, died from ALS (Lou Gehrigs) and entered into eternal life in Christ Jesus on November 1, 2009.
Dan was a faithful, godly man; a loving, thoughtful husband to his wife, Glenda; an ever caring father to Barott, Barry, Brenda Moorehead (Russ) Belinda Lenzini (John), and a kind gentle-hearted grandfather to Danielle, Lindsey, Bailey, Brady, Jonni, and Daniel. Dan led a quiet and humble life. He deeply enjoyed advising, teaching, sharing, wood working, gardening, and golf. May God's grace and peace be with him.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, and a Celebration of Life at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 4, at Our Lady's Immaculate Heart Church in Ankeny.
Memorials may be made to OLIH or Iowa ALS Association.
