Mass of Christian Burial for Rand S. Wonio, 65, a resident of Davenport, will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, October 8, 2015 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church,Davenport. Burial will take place in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Davenport. Visitation is Wednesday from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport with a prayer service at 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Paul the Apostle Parish, Assumption High School, St. Ambrose University, or the Davenport Community Schools Foundation. Rand died Saturday, October 3, 2015 at his home. He is survived by his wife, Jeanne, Davenport; children and their spouses: Kirk (Casey) Wonio, University City, Mo., Alexander (Tonya) Wonio, Des Moines, Theodore (Andrea) Wonio, Atlantic, Iowa, John (Natalie) Wonio, Des Moines, Louis (Jillian) Wonio, Milwaukee, Wis., Helena (Matt) Clark, Royal Oak, Mich., Joseph Wonio, and Julia Wonio, both of Davenport; six grandchildren, his mother, Nadine Cabel, Davenport; and a brother, Michael (Diane) Wonio, Texas.
