Landon Lamb Obituary
Funeral: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home.
Landon was born March 5, 1985, in Fort Worth to John and Dawn Lamb. He attended Fossil Ridge High School in Keller. He worked as a ranch hand at Lodge Creek Ranch. Landon enjoyed wake boarding, soccer, being outdoors, riding his motorcycle and being with his family and friends.
He was fun-loving and never wanted to miss out on anything. He lived life to the fullest and was always planning for his next experience. His dreams were about to become reality, especially on the ranch.
Landon was preceded in death by his brother, John Casey Lamb, on Sept. 28, 1980.
Survivors: Parents, Dawn and John Lamb; sister, Lacy Lamb Collins and husband, Michal; nephew, Everett Collins; brother, Laramie Lamb; grandparents, Martha and Bill Hester; his girlfriend, Savannah McBride and her son, Chase Abbott.

Hi! *waves* it´s Natasha Ashmore. I know this is out of the blue but I just wanted to say you were always so sweet & funny. You were also one of the reasons I liked going to theater class. :) I remember liking your Tragus piercings in your ear & you were just the coolest to talk too. I think I crushed on you hard but what girl didn´t. <3
It would have been nice to have known you more outside of high school. Though there´s not much I can remember of those days, I remember your beautiful energy & your smile.
Hoping that wherever you are - you´re the best you could ever be & the happiest you ever were. Thank you for the memories. :)

I recently moved to Fort Worth and I continued to see cars with Landon's name on the back windows, saying how they loved him and to rest in peace. I guess it got my attention at first because I have a son named Landon who was born in 1986. I felt so sad for this Landon and his family that apparently so many people were missing. In fact, there were so many cars with Landon R.I.P. that I thought maybe he was a icon of some sort, a hero, maybe some sort of superstar....so I googled his name to find out who this Landon Lamb was. I began to cry as I read....although he might not have been a national superstar, it was obvious he was certainly a local superstar. My heart goes out to all his family and friends. What a wonderful angel to have looking over you all. My love to all.

When you are ready, I found a group -'HOPE' (helping other parents endure) at a church in NRH. Its specifically for parents who have lost children of any age. My son Charley was killed in a motorcycle accident 4/13/2009.

To Laramie and Family,
I was very sad to get the call from my daughter-in-law, Ashley Curnutt Milutinovich, letting me know that your brother had passed away. I remember Landon as a kid playing with my son Andrew and hanging out at our house alot. He was always so enthusiastic, full of life and lots of energy! He would come over to our house and sit and talk to me for hours about whatever was on his mind at the time. Right before we moved Landon showed up at the house. I hadn't seen him in a couple of years, he'd gotten older asnd busier so he didn't come over anymore. He said he had heard we were leaving and he just couldn't let us go without coming by to talk one more time like in the old days. I will never forget him sitting there talking to me about everything in his life as if no time had passed and he was that kid again who used to hangout at our house. Landon has always had a special place in my heart and I am very sad to hear of your loss. He left his mark in the hearts of all who knew him I am sure. My heart is sad and missing him right now. He will not be forgotten.
Laramie he loved you very much. Many of the stories he told and things he talked about involved you. As much as you may have annoyed him, as is often the case with brothers, he was always worried about you and trying to take care of you. Remember the night you were home alone and the big storm came up? He called me to see you if you two could come over because you were scared. You both came to my house until your parents got home. He didn't want you to be scared. He loved you.
My prayers go out to you and your family at this very painful time. I will always remember Landon. He was very special to our family.

How blessed are we that we knew this blessing on earth? Thank you God for sharing your son with us these wonderful 24 years.
Mr and Mrs Lamb, and the rest of his family and friends, please know you are in our thoughts and prayers always as you CELEBRATE his life.
Landon LIVED he did not hold back. Everything he did he did with all he was. Mr and Mrs Lamb, you have an amazing son you raised. He is a spirit of that will always encourage others to remember that they need to live in the moment and cherish the moment as it happens. He taught me how to do this watching him mature and grow thru the years.
Thank you for being the incredible parents that you are and letting your children LIVE and enjoy every moment of life. You are an inspiration to all of us with your strength, compassion, and true love that you show your children and those around you.

Dawn and John,
Words are so inadequate to express my sorrow at the loss of your precious boy. Dawn, you have always made it clear to all that your priority is always your family and it is so obvious how much you love all your children. I know that there is nothing I could ever do that will make things better, but just say the word and I'm there for whatever I can offer you. May the Father who loves Landon even more than you do cover you with His comfort and peace.
