My prayers are with the Battle Family at the sudden loss of Larry. I worked with him for over 25 years at Riverside Hospital. He always had a beautiful smile and was so helpful. He will be missed. He just stopped into our Dept. Pulmonary Services not much more than 4 weeks ago. He was a great inspiration on how to stay positive as we work everyday of our lives here on earth. May God be with you as you grieve the loss of Larry here on earth! Take strength in knowing that he knew the Lord.

I have the most fondest memories of Larry Battle. I was just a little girl when Larry coached my softball team. My parents had just divorced and my mother was raising five children on her own (it was the 70" and early 80"s). Many times I did not have rides to practices or games. Larry made sure I got to the games he practiced with me and showed me the parental guidance, Kindness and support I needed during those childhood summers. Thank You Larry for making a little girls days brighter. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL

I remember Uncle Larry as growing up a little girl always bringing laughter to the family dancing with us. Talking about good times cooking on the grill! You will be missed there is no other person out there with that kind of charm. God has taken himself a Arm of good people in these couple of years. Love you always . (schell)

I had the extreme pleasure of knowing Larry while I was the manager of Riverside SPD 2000-2004 and Larry was a great man. Always helpful, kind and considerate of his co-workers. He had this great big laugh that just brightened your day by hearing it. I am so sorry to hear of his death and wanted his family to know how Larry made a big difference each and every day at Riverside SPD/Surgery.
