Joanie was a terrific neighbor and I miss her already. Her quiet demeanor, beautiful smile and sharp wit and laugh is the memory that I carry. She was the 1st neighbor I went to for help with my mom because it seemed she couldnt have had it any other way. Rest well Joanie.
