I especially remember Duncan from when I first met him in August,1985 when I decided to change my life. He sat down and explained to me exactly how he had done that, changed his life, effectively giving me the knowledge to change mine. I remember the day Mary called to tell me of his passing. So, wherever you are Duncan, here's to old friends, dead Kings and visions in the mist. love aways, Chuck Witherow

Today I pulled up Van Morrison singing GLORIA and I thought about the first time I ever heard it. It was in 6th garde and Duncan sang in it class. It was a wild and wonderful thing. Now today on learning of his passing I offer my deepest belated condolences to his family.

You were always on my mind and in my heart, dear friend. It is sad to finally find you here. Especially for your family and love of your life, who were lucky enough to have you in their daily lives. At least I can reach you in my prayers.

My husband and I were so shocked when we received the letter regarding Duncan's passing. He was our accountant for 20 years and a great fellow as well. He will be missed.

I could echo the posting from Phil Watson of Miami as I also am a long-term, habitually late client. Hence, I just met with Duncan in September and he was the same as always - even tempered and non-judgemental in the face of my chronic procrastination. I just opened the letter from Cherie Thompson and I am still in somewhat of a shocked status. I will miss Duncan as both trusted accountant and friend. My condolences to his family and friends. Ann

I couldn't believe the letter from Cherie which I didn't find until yesterday. I had recently seen him for my perpetually late filing and he was the same calm smiling friend he had been for many years. After the business, he always had time to discuss our mutual interests and families. I wish I knew more of his other friends; the sadness from the passing of this wonderful man is difficult to explain to my friends that didn't know him.

I have known Duncan for the past 15 years as my CPA. He always kept my accounting on the straight and narrow, like it or not. He was an upstanding person and as others stated, never said a bad word about anybody. I am shocked of his passing, as he never complained about anything. I bet he never knew how many people had good things to say about him. He will be missed. My heart-felt sympathies and blessings to his family and friends.

When I first heard the news of my friend Duncan passing I was completely in shock. I kept saying to myself how can the calmest person I know with no known medical problems just passed away? Then I realized that there is a message in this for all of us who are still blessed to be alive. We cannot take just one day for granite because we never know what's in store for us tomorrow. No one plans on death and as we get older we all realize our own mortality.
I have known Duncan for number of years and he was always a very kind and gentle soul. I never once heard Duncan say crossword about anybody and always had upbeat mindset. Duncan was my accountant for over 15 years but more importantly he was my friend and confidant. Duncan your presence will be missed by your friends, family and especially myself. My condolences to the Creager family and Cherie Thompson. May you be a better place-God Bless you.

I have fond memories of Duncan with Fr. Dan Madden. We all enjoyed many delicious dinners and theatrical productions together at Barry University. My deepest sympathy to all.
