Tracy Smith Obituary

Smith (Frazier) Tracy L. Smith, age 52, passed away at her residence unexpectedly on November 28, 2014. She was born April 19, 1962 to the late Homer Brumfield and Mary Gibson. Preceeded in death by husband Michael "Frog", sister Aggie (Joe) Cannon, brother William Brumfield, nephew Matthew Wray. Survived by daughters, Crystal Riley, Nywana (Charles) Mays; fiancé, John Frazier; step-daughters, Jessica Frazier, Santana Frazier; grandchildren, William Riley, Austin Riley, Shannon Seymour, Michael Brumfield, Dale Seymour, Brooklyn Mays, Samantha Hanson, Jaelynn Frazier, Myleila Keefer, Katelynn Frazier; nieces and nephews, Flesha Wray, Matthew Wray, Adam, Josh, David and Casey Brumfield, DJ Blankenship; cousins, Mike (Lori) and their son Chris Kuhnimhof, Jean Brumfield, Connor Frazier, James Greenwald; many other dear friends and family as well as those in West Virginia. Friends may call on Friday, December 5, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St., where service will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Pastor Brian Frazier officiating. Interment Obetz Cemetery.
