Joyce J. Estep

1935 - 2016

Estep Joyce J. Estep, age 80, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was born December 18, 1935 to the late, Maurice and Dorothy (Cupp) Flock in Rockford, Illinois. Joyce was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. Joyce was a devout Christian who accepted the Lord as her Savior. Joyce retired from the Franklin County Social Service Department after many years of dedicated service. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her granddaughter Katlyn Crum, sister Kay Hukill and sister-in-law Maggie Flock. Surviving are loving children, Josh Estep, Roger (Tammy) Estep, Maurice "Buddy" (Dee) Estep and Kim (Rick) Crum; nine beloved grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; siblings, Ronda (Jim) Lyons and James Flock Sr.; several nieces, nephews and many friends. Family will receive friends Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 4-7 p.m. at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Road, where a funeral service will take place at 7 p.m. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, December 16, 2016 at Union Cemetery, 3349 Olentangy River Road, Columbus.
