FUNERAL HOME
Lee Williams Obituary
Services will be at noon Monday, Dec. 9, at Agnew and Sons Funeral Chapel in Verona with the Rev. Willie F. Howell officiating. Burial will be at Porter's Memorial Garden in Tupelo. Agnew and Sons Funeral Home of Verona is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his mother, Annie Lee Williams of Gary, Ind.; two daughters, Tammy Williams and Kimberly Williams of Gary, Ind.; one son, Lee A. Williams Jr of Pine Bluff, Ark.; four brothers, Charles Williams of Tupelo, Hurm Williams Jr. (Sarah) of Okolona and Jerry Williams and Ricky Williams, of Gary, Ind.; one granddaughter, Alisha Williams; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Family and friends may sign the guest registry at www.agnewandsons.com.

Oh, what a joy to be able to listen to Mr. Williams and the QC's. My dad (who favored Mr. WIlliams) got a chance to see him in concert in Kansas City and my father was so incredibly happy to attend the concert. He said it was the best he had ever been to. I so enjoy his ministry. He is gone but never forgotten. Rest in Heaven, sir.

Mr. Williams I never heard of you until 1 month ago I was looking for new Christian music to listen to as everyone can see I am Latin and I have always loved R&B, Motown, ever since I was a kid I am from the 60’s. I remember as a kid my father was a preacher and we visited different churches other than our own Spanish speaking churches and one day we went to a Black Country church here in Texas and as a kid the age of five I fell in love with the singing, music, power of the preaching and the love shown to us that I have never forgotten. When I found Lee Williams and the QC’s I fell in love with them. I have been so blessed beyond words every song is like it is speaking directly to me things that I have experienced in my life.
I wished I could have had the opportunity to have attended one of your concerts. My condolences to your family and want them to know that to this 66 year old Hispanic woman, wife, mother and grandmother your music lives on in my family and will forever be a blessing in my family.

I just found out March 12, 2021 that Lee Williams. I was shocked to hear that. My prayers goes out too his family. I listen too his songs and they are so soothing too my soul. I just read about the passing of Lee Williams. I First started listening to his music in 2000,as my own father laid in his own going home state. At that point I became a follower of all lee Williams songs One of my favorite was ( I can't give up now) I listen while at work now. His music inspires me with positive thoughts and a strong fire inside my heart to research the history of the real truth on Christianity and the part black culture plays.
