I just wanted to add my voice to the chorus of folks who have spoken so highly about Judge Travis.

I never had the chance to appear before him, but he served with my father on the bench, Judge Henry Ramsey Jr. Judge Travis will be missed. He gave me plenty of good advice and was one of the most down to earth people that served on the Alameda County Superior Court.

He was very close to Judge Horace Wheatley and I would always enjoy their company at the original Sweet Jimmy's. His loss will be felt by all in the legal community. Although he is gone, his legacy lives on with all of us.

Take care, god bless, and rest in peace.

Charles T. Ramsey, Esq.
