When I joined Aquadette Masters I met Alberta. Soon she stood out with perfect execution and teaching abilities. She used her artistic talent in designing and creating swim caps and hair pieces some I own, others I remember.
Alberta and I corresponded these last years, after she stopped attending practice sessions. We exchanged some photos of the yearly choice of suits and music for the competitions, her interest.
I will miss her creative talent, her passion and dedication to the Aquadette Masters.

Alberta was one of my synchronized swimming coaches. I was a real beginner but we had a good time doing our routines. I will miss you.

I was so sorry to hear of Alberta's passing but fe
el this was a blessing for her after such a struggle with her health issues. I met her through our Aquadette Masters Synchro Club. As a new member at that time I have to admit I was rather frightened by her demanding approach! However I soon realized she was truly trying to help me do it right! Over the years I came to share her passion for synchro and appreciate her dedication to our sport. We all missed her when she had to withdraw from swimming with us. Thanks to her we have an archive of our club. Her photos bring back so many treasured memories of times together as we pursued synchronized swimming....a sport for life!
